Product included in the register of supplements of the Italian Ministry of Health, code 93205.
600,000 IU/Bottle – 1000 IU/drop
INTAKE OF INGREDIENTS FOR 1 DROP: Organic Olive Oil (Olea europea L.) fruits 30 mg, pure Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 25 μg (1000 IU – 500% VNR).
OLEA D3 MAX is a supplement based on plant extracts and Vitamin D3.
VITAMIN D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to normal blood calcium levels, to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function, to the normal absorption and/or utilization of calcium and phosphorus, it intervenes in the process of cell division .
Our vitamin D is produced from lanolin, a natural wax extracted from sheep’s wool which, subjected to UVB radiation of the same wavelength as the sun’s rays, creates a natural photosynthesis reaction equal to that which occurs in our body. In this way pure crystals of vitamin D3 are obtained, which no longer contain any trace of lanolin. The vitamin D3 extracted from lanolin is completely natural.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1 drop a day, or as per medical advice, under the tongue.
WARNINGS: Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Pathology
Notes
TOXICITY: Extremely rare, only for levels above 200 ng/ml for long periods.
Some scientific works document the following:
a) 25 patients with Multiple Sclerosis were given the vitamin D at increasing dosages, for 6 months up to 40,000 I.U. per day and then decreasing up to 0, in the following 6 months. These patients were also given 1,200 mg of calcium. The levels of calcium, calciuria and creatininemia remained within the normal range for the whole duration of the treatment, with serum levels of vitamin. D that reached 168 ng/ml, without any side effects. (3)
b) In Canada, the use of 14,000 IU of Vitamin D per day for 6/12 months did not induce hypercalcemia or other side effects, reaching serum levels of 160 ng / ml. (4)
c) Patients with serum levels of Vit. D = 746 ng/ml did not show any symptoms and maintained normal blood calcium. (5)
ACTIONS: Vitamin D is a hormone that interacts with all cells that have the specific receptor called VDR on their membrane. These receptors are found in many tissues where vitamin D acts as a metabolic regulator or as a repair stimulant in cases of inflammation (see figure 1).
VDRs are present on all lymphocyte populations where vitamin D exerts an important regulation of the immune system. In fact:
1. it has a fundamental role in the initial non-specific immune response towards pathogenic organisms or tissue damage;
2. in the skin’s Langerhans cells (dendritic cells), Vit. D attenuates the presentation of the antigen to the T lymphocyte;
3. promotes the differentiation of T lymphocytes towards Th2 rather than Th1 with consequent less tissue damage given by the Th1 immune response;
4. regulates Th17 lymphocytes and therefore their production of IL17 which is essential for reducing inflammation and tissue damage in autoimmune disease;
5. stimulates the generation of T-regulatory lymphocytes that produce IL10, which leads to beneficial effects in autoimmunity and transplant rejection.
Vitamin D is used for the treatment of osteoporosis, osteomalacia and rickets (see figure).
Studies on the use of vitamin D in patients suffering from certain types of tumors have been underway for several years; in malignant tumors of the breast, lung, intestine, prostate, ovary and uterus, whose cancer cells maintain membrane VDRs, vitamin D would have the ability to determine apoptosis.
Indicated in the treatment of vitamin D and calcium deficiency, such as osteoporosis, osteomalacia, growth retardation, rickets.
Regulator of the immune system, therefore adjuvant in respiratory, gastrointestinal and genitourinary infectious pathologies. Useful in the treatment of auto-immune, cutaneous, hepatic, respiratory, male and female genital tract pathologies as documented by the presence of specific receptors for vitamin D cells of all these systems.
COMPLEMENTARY REMEDIES: HERBOSOL CA – IMMUNOSOL – SULFONIL
