Notes:

The TRIMETHYLGLYCINE (Anhydrous Betaine or TMG) is obtained from sugar beets, it intervenes in transmethylation, or in the process by which the methyl groups (CH3) are transferred from one molecule to another; a biochemical process essential for cellular metabolism. Alongside methionine and choline, it thus supplies methyl groups to the cell. It is believed that the introduction into the diet of this dietary supplement can help the recovery processes in degenerative diseases. Basically, Trimethylglycine is a methylating agent that plays an important role especially in the detoxification process of homocysteine (powerful oxidant and generator of free radicals) into methionine. In fact, the living organism metabolizes only small quantities of homocysteine and it is known that in large quantities it is toxic: it can therefore be said that homocysteine is an excellent biochemical indicator of the efficiency of methylation by cells. Methionine (methylation product of homocysteine) produces high concentrations of SAME (S-adenosyl-methionine), a natural antidepressant and a methyl group donor; the increase of SAME is Useful both in the prevention and in the treatment of various metabolic disorders including those caused by severe states of organic deficiency,  such as in cancer patients. It is one of the essential amino acids with antioxidant activity, very important for the activity of the liver where it prevents an abnormal accumulation of fat and the production of antibodies. The ROSA CANINA provides Vitamin C and has an antioxidant effect. The HAEMATOCOCCUS PLUVIALIS seaweed contains natural Astaxanthin (a carotenoid), an organic pigment which is also found in phytoplankton and to a lesser extent in some fungi and bacteria. On the market there are different types of Astaxanthin, of chemical derivation, obtained from yeast and natural obtained from some types of algae. Natural Astaxanthin has no toxicity, as it is a completely natural substance of which numerous studies have confirmed its absolute food safety. Natural Astaxanthin is obtained by pulverizing the algae, after they have remained in maturation tanks exposed to the sun and after the sudden and curious change of color has witnessed the reaction and therefore the presence of Astaxanthin. The alga produces Astaxanthin to defend itself and survive the strong stress condition, in fact, this antioxidant is able to keep the algae alive for forty years. One of the major applications in the medical field concerns its ability to counteract the harmful action of free radicals, have been widely demonstrated the beneficial qualities in contributing to the maintenance of health, has a great antioxidant power, is more effective than substances such as beta-carotene and  vitamin E,  universally considered antioxidant molecules. Experiments have been conducted to clarify the role of Astaxanthin in neoplasms and the data show convincing results and establish that Astaxanthin is not only able to modulate the progression of the disease, but it is a preventive and protective factor against the onset. The main difference between natural astaxanthin and other antioxidants is that many of them are unable to penetrate the organs and tissues of the body. Thanks to its particular structure and its esterified nature (with fatty acids at one or both ends of the molecule), Astaxanthin is able to reach the body in depth and in all its organs  (brain, heart, muscles, skin), fighting oxidation and inflammationprotecting them and optimizing their functionsThe low molecular weight and high lipophilicity means that it is able to cross the blood-brain barrierexerting its effects at the level of systems that are difficult to reach by other antioxidants. The RESVERATROL is a polyphenol found in grapes and other plants, one of these is the Polygonum cuspidatum contained in our formula. It is used by the plant to protect itself from pests. Today wine does not contain much Resveratrol, indeed, there is almost no trace of it, this due to the use of pesticides, to be able to take it you need to produce extracts that contain an adequate amount. Many properties are attributed to him: antiviralsanti-inflammatoryanticancerogene e quella di essere in grado di prolungare la vita. Resveratrol is an important supplement able to regenerate glutathione levels, have a powerful antioxidant actionincrease quinone reductase  levels(enzyme used by the liver to detoxify carcinogens), seems to be able to inhibit the occurrencethe promotion and progression of certain types of cancer (prostate, colon, etc.). The World Health Organization indicates Resveratrol as a substance capable of reducing cardiovascular risks by 40%. As an antioxidant it protects against a wider range of free radicals than vitamin E. It promotes the production of nitric oxide, a biochemical mediator that living organisms produce internally in order to control many of their functions; relaxes and dilates the arteriesResveratrol inhibits platelet aggregation by blocking the action of thrombinprevents oxidation of low-density  lipoproteins(LDL-cholesterol). A study published in the journal “Science” states that Resveratrol is able to block the proliferation of cancer cells during three important stages of development. In other studies it has been highlighted, for example, the ability of Resveratrol to prevent certain types of cancer (e.g.  those generated by bone metastasis) and that of reduce skin cancer by more than 90%. Another study showed that Resveratrol can induce apoptosis in cancer cells in vitro and reduce the growth of cancer cells. Further research has shown that in some cases resveratrol improved the results of chemotherapy treatments.
