This mix of phytoderivatives is obtained in part from the maceration in a hydroalcoholic solution of part of fresh plants particularly rich in active ingredients and then, after obtaining a TSA (Spagyric-Alchemical Tincture of Solanimus) the titrated and standardized dry extract was obtained from it and in part with the extraction from plants (always fresh) of the essential oil (E.O.) contained in them, through steam distillation, the residue of the plant is left to ferment and then the alcohol is distilled and then it is made spagyric, the distillation residue is calcined and leached to obtain salts and then combine them with the essential oil and alcohol to thus obtain a Quintessence spagyric of Paracelsus. This Quintessence is microencapsulated and then mixed with the dry extracts and then compressed. It seems almost established that the preparations of ECHINACEA (Echinacea angustifolia) slow down the spread of pathogenic germs in the tissues and trigger a defense mechanism against the aforementioned germs by simultaneously activating the regenerative mechanisms of the tissues. The active principle of this action would be a glucoside of caffeic acid and pyrocatechin which would have the ability to inhibit the hyaluronidase enzyme indirectly responsible for the attack of the microorganisms as well as their proliferation in the tissues; the active ingredient would also have a direct action on the ac system. Hyaluronic-hyaluronidase which is activated by stimulating the proliferation of fibroplasts (The phagocytic action of echinacea…, in. Erb. Domani,2/91,  p. 16). For this reason Echinacea preparations are considered effective in the treatment of septic states and infectious diseases accompanied by fever, especially when there is a manifested tendency to chronicization of relapses, in addition,  the plant has anti-inflammatory and healing properties. The WILLOW (Salix alba) contains, in its cortex, salicin , which in the human body is transformed into salicylic acid. This gives the plant antipyretic, antineuralgic, diaphoretic  properties(promotes perspiration), antirheumatic. The plant also contains tannins that give it the astringent property. DEVIL’s CLAW  (Harpagophytum procumbens) contains heterosides with an iridoid nucleus and among these the best known is the harpagoside.  According to some authors This glucoiridoid has analgesic properties comparable to those of synthetic  anti-inflammatories(PEDRETTI, Chimica e Farmacologia delle piante medicinali, Milano 1983, pag. 50). There are other clinical studies (Paul Belliche, 1981) that have confirmed the positive effects of Harpagophytum procumbens in the treatment of coxarthrosis,  cervical osteoarthritis and lumbar osteoarthritis. The QSE of OREGANO, THYME, SAVORY and CINNAMON They stimulate the immune system and have great bactericidal,  antiseptic properties and increase resistance to all infectious diseases. Useful in all respiratory diseases and in all internal inflammations. One QSA (Alchemical Spagyric Quintessence) is made up of pure essential oil distilled in steam current and purified, alcohol worked with the alchemical spagyric method of Solanimus and the fixed salts of the plant.
